Ms. Dunye mentioned the dearth of GBLT children's programming, so I thought some of you might be interested in The Sissy Duckling. It's an animated children's movie on HBO family, based on the book by Harvey Fierstein. Kind of like the original "ugly duckling" it's about accepting people despite their differences. I watched it quite a while ago when it originally aired, but I remember it being very sweet and funny and inspiring.
